Jack has been compounding for over 20 years and has a lot of experience in all aspects of compounding. Jack is the Head pharmacist and owner of ACPHARM.

Jack loves working with both humans and animals.He has completed various veterinary, cosmetic, nutritional and pharmaceutical training courses to further his knowledge in compounding.

Jack is a highly sought after compounding chemist and has designed and set up more than 5 compounding chemists as well as being a guest speaker at compounding conferences around Australia.

With experience in manufacturing, cosmetics, veterinary, nutrients, children’s and geriatric compounding, Jack is able to help with all Compounding inquiries.

Sam, co-owner and Jack’s better half, has a burning passion for compounding which started when she first helped out making capsules in the lab over 18 years ago. Over the years, Sam has obtained a lot of skills and experience working over all departments, and now oversees all staff and processes within the pharmacy.

As the owner, Sam takes a keen interest in customer service and ensuring our staff are all trained up to provide the highest level of service possible. Sam also manages our Private Label Skincare department, with her prior experience as a beauty therapist.

Phoebe has been working with ACPHARM qld for over 9 years and has worked her way up the ranks to become our General Manager. Phoebe has outstanding customer service skills, and is a great multi tasker with the ability to perform every task within our busy pharmacy. Phoebes hard work managing our staff and pharmacy operations ensure that our customers will receive their medications in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

Pailin completed her Masters of Pharmacy in 2012 , Bachelor of pharmaceutical science in 2010 and Bachelor of Health Science (Major in Naturopathy) in 2021. Pailin has been in Compounding for over 4 years now, however has 16 years experience in the pharmacy industry. Pailins recent training in naturopathy gives her an edge, and a big interest in nutritional, herbal and natural compounds, including working with medicinal cannabis. Pailin looks forward to learning more about formulation of new compounds and excited to make individualised medicine with tailored doses and flavours. Pailin is also now offering Naturopathy consultations from ACPHARM on Fridays.

Jessica completed her Bachelor of Pharmacy in Brazil in 2015 and has been working in Compounding Pharmacy for over 13 years. Jess has been working with us here at ACPHARM for over 4 years. Jess has amazing organisational skills, and takes her role as Laboratory Manager very seriously. Jess ensures all of our laboratory staff are competent in their training and ability to complete every compounding preparation with accuracy. Jess also enforces all of our standard operating procedures to ensure quality control in the work place. Jess is enjoying her new role as Laboratory Manager and looks forward to making improvements in our processes as we continue to grow.

Lauren has been with ACPHARM for over 4 years, and is our Private Label Skincare Lab Manager Lauren is determined, hard working and eager to learn new things. We look forward to showing Lauren everything there is to know in the world of compounding, but for now, she is busy making, packaging & labelling hundreds of cosmetic creams each day for our skincare clinics. Lauren has amazing attention to detail which comes in handy when printing and designing labels for our private label skincare clinics. Laurens ability to keep calm in stressful situations is what keeps our team focused and on time for each and every order.

Ally has been working with ACPHARM for 4+ years and is our head of Customer Service. Ally is patient, understanding and has amazing customer service skills. Ally ensures all of the ACPHARM customer service staff are trained with the same calm and patient demeanour she carries, making sure our patients have a pleasant ordering experience. Ally also works directly with our doctors & clinics to place their patients orders, providing alot of knoweldge and experience in Compounding prescriptions & ordering.
